Challenge

Airtable’s Sales team was tasked with moving from a simple self-service model to both an enterprise and self-service model without increasing headcount. With over 75,000 customers and 12 separate lead sources, Airtable needed to make sure they were connecting their high volumes of customer data to Salesforce and appropriately aligning customer organizations with their small sales team, all while gaining a 360-degree view of their entire customer base.

Challenge

Solution

After a detailed discovery process, theCodery determined the best course of action was to leverage Salesforce’s capabilities to stage and groom Airtable’s existing customer data to ensure its successful integration into the client’s end state data model. This approach meant closely collaborating with Airtable’s Engineering team to share and establish integration and data best practices.

In addition to the previously described solution for customer data, theCodery also provided Airtable the ability to:

 

  • Score and route leads at high volume within the small Sales team
  • Automate all customer data entry to enforce repeatable and reliable data quality. Thus, the need for manual Account Creation was eliminated
