Challenge

Entering FY20, Tonal was mired in a sales process that included two separate sales teams, ecommerce, and five separate systems. This caused sales leads to languish without priority or assignment and the marketing efforts to be disconnected from the CRM and all downstream systems. These challenges ultimately led to a customer journey that was completely opaque, preventing Tonal from adapting to rapidly changing customer needs at the advent of the pandemic.
